My mission is to teach, coach, and mentor aspiring, new, and experienced project managers, project risk managers, and project leaders.
Most people focus only on teaching you to pass an exam. I teach you to apply this stuff in the real world—where stakeholders change their minds, timelines get crushed, and risks show up uninvited.
I spent 20 years in the Marines planning missions where poor risk management had real consequences. Now I teach project managers how to think like that.
