A step-by-step assistant that helps you structure your experience correctly, stay aligned with PMI expectations, and submit with confidence.
You sit down to fill it out and suddenly you’re asking:
Does this experience even count?
Am I describing this the right way?
What happens if I get audited?
So you rewrite it. Then rewrite it again. Or worse, you put it off completely.
This isn’t a generic tool. It’s a structured system built from real applications, real feedback, and real audit scenarios.
You’ll be guided step-by-step with prompts that help you capture the right experience, format it correctly, and stay aligned with PMI expectations.
Using the spreadsheet, input all of your project information.
Each response is formatted, scoped, and word-count aligned with PMI standards
Includes a prep guide and expert-backed support in the event of an audit
Optional 1:1 reviews ensure your application shines and your confidence is high!

GPT + 1:1 Review
Based on the package purchased, you will get either Prep or Assistance when it comes to the possibility of an audit by PMI for your application.
PMI randomly audits applications as they are submitted. There is not an official number on how many or how often, but they do happen. I’ve worked with people who have been audited and have worked with someone who had failed the audit their first time submitting to take the PMP® (They passed this time).
In turn, for the basic package, I’ve built a preparation document for you to refer to to ensure you are prepared for the audit, whether audited or not.
For the Personal Access package, you get the preparation document, plus if actually audited, you will get my personal number to call me whenever you have questions or if you need any help. I’m there to provide you support, guidance, and work with you to get through the entire audit process.
As with any GPT, the output is based on the input. This GPT is built around the guidance I have given tons of PM’s who have struggled with their application. Taking my guidance, direction, edits, and feedback and building it into a resource that you can use to build your own application.
I give you the prompts and you provide the information. At the end, you get well-crafted statements that describe your Project Management experience in the optimized format and word count for the PMP Application.
With all that, using the GPT to make up information or to make up details around your projects that you did not actually do yourself is unethical and goes against the PMI Ethics and Standards. If found out, you will be help accountable by PMI for making up information to put in your application.
All information handled by myself and 44RiskPM is handled with sensitivity and care. As with any GPT, I highly advise that you “Sanitize” (A military term) any information you do not want the GPT to know before you put it in there. The GPT continues to learn as it receives more information and feedback from me during coaching calls.
