Is PMI-RMP Prep Worth It After Your PMP? A Fit Guide
TL;DR: PMI-RMP® prep is worth it after your PMP® when your job already asks you to make risk calls the PMP® never trained you to make: framing decisions for executives, surfacing bad news, judging under uncertainty, countering bias, and running the numbers. If those five skills show up in your role and you can’t do them yet, the RMP® fits. If they don’t, or you’re short on specialized risk experience, build that foundation first.
